Can't setup email account...Any ideas?

When I try to set my email account up it will not take all the characters for the email address. It will take the first 25 then no more. The email address is long because it's a company email. Any ideas will help as work around. I must be able to receive emails from this account as well as send email using the same email address.

Are you using the stock email app?

If so try one of the following:

Download a new email app or several and try them to.see of.they work.

2 set up a gmail account and then import your companies email into that new gmail app. You can send and receive via the new gmail API as if you were using your company one.
