Any news, opinions and ideas about jelly bean on s2? I mean the s2 has the specs to handle it considering its just as quick or quicker than the Google nexus.

I read somewhere that Sammy is in the process of testing the JB update for both the S2 and the Note. As expected from Sammy, it will push the updates after a long wait

And what will it do? All I've heard for months is when will they give up ICS. Now most on here say there phone has lots of problems after the update. Are at least not better or as good as before ICS.

    Just wondering..................

Root + Resurrection Remix = The best JB experience.

Although I have literally just flashed Revolt JB 2.1 which is based on CM10 and running quite nicely!

Jelly bean upgrade to SII is scheduled for Q4 this year, which means October-December. I have heard they are already testing however. Very tempted to flash a rom when they are more stable

Waste of time yet, the feature we all want ie. "Butter smooth" is not implemented yet in any of the ROMs and Google now soon gets boring, its no Siri where you can have a laugh with it!
