    The specific answer to this question is a black hole in Google.

    I am in tech support. I have a user with an ATT Galaxy S2. The password the person uses to log on to our domain and exchange email is expiring. The new password will have to be updated in the phone. I cannot find a specific, step by step, screen shot filled, set of instructions on how to complete this task. This user is not located in my office, so I cannot directly change the email password myself, which would be easy. The user is extremely hard headed so this person won't listen to phone instructions on where to look for the location to change the password. I need concrete instructions.

    Can someone please help?
