Had a/v software on for ages and then all of a sudden it tells me 2 high risks.....I did a factory reset and loaded it all back my anti virus still found 2 games which have been on my phone for ages said they were high risk and told me to uninstall them for some reason.. sim2 and monopoly which I did

now I scan its fine
if my a/s software doesnt find anything I am okay. just asking as my screen flickers?

is browsing on my phone safer than browsing on my microsoft pc?

Your phone is safer then your PC. Those permissions probably changed trigging the alert. If you read the countless threads on this subject you'll see these safety company's feeding on people's fears.

Depends where do you get your apps from? If you get hacked or malware then just wipe your phone. Chances are there is less then 1% of you catching something.
