Here's my home screen and app drawer.
I'm running a custom GINGERBREAD ROM named "CheckROM RevoHD V6" with an ICS theme named "ICS Domination", also I have jKay mod installed (comes included with CheckROM) for my notification bar modifications.

Lockscreen app looks like WidgetLocker lockscreen to me.

I updated to 4.0.4 a few weeks back and it allowed me to add battery percentage text in beside it under settings>display. Although, apart from that no real way to change the stock battery indicator. Alot of battery apps allow you to add another battery icon in like 'Battery Status Bar' on the left.
