I already have the Otterbox Commuter on my GS3 (Sprint) and I'm curious if I could put this battery into mine and it still fit into the Otterbox. I am not sure it would work since the OB fits so tightly once you put the hard cover on it.

I also ordered the body glove deal day ($5 on sale) case last night before I decided that maybe extended battery might be for me.

Ratz. I wish I considered that before buying the cases.

Basically, when I have searched for a case for my extended battery, you need to search for an "extended case" I have seen a few, and their description says they are for ____mAh batteries, so you need to size the extended case for the size of your extended battery.
I would think there will be more options in a month or two.

Forget it. I'm just getting a regular sized battery - my life is complicated enough!
But thanks for the info :)

I have that extended battery. Hyperion sells a extended tpu case ... but it's no real protection. I use it for gripping purposes. It's on Amazon
