Headphone works fine and is disabled when making a call

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung GT-S7582 (Galaxy S Duos). When headphones are connected, music plays with no issue but, when i make a call or answer a call, the headphone sign disappears and call continues through phone speakers. After that i cannot even listen to music or start FM radio since the headphones are not detected. I have to unplug them and connect them again to get them detected by the phone. this repeats all the time.
I have tried with two other headsets but result was the same.
Please help me on this.
