I've been having issues with my right one and the case doesn't seem to be charging them . Won't complain too much since they're still new and we're the guinea pigs but it is annoying.

I am having the same problem, sound comes out ,but the touch pad is not responsive at all. This makes it impossible to use ambient sound mode, because it's like the left bud is not there.

I actually called tech support. After waiting for 30 min they ran a few tests and they are gonna swap them out. I have NO sound nor connectivity at all to the left unit. Took an hour to deal with all this with Samsung but hopefully will have a new pair soon

Anyone got any updates on things that may work short of a full replacement? I've got two pairs doing the same thing and all Samsung told me was to reset them in the app but there's no option to reset them in mine

Galaxy wear app, galaxy buds, go to about earbuds and the reset earbuds should be there

Nada. Another rep told me both buds need to be connected in order to have the option to reset. I'm going to have to call the promo dept to have the freebie pair replaced.

I bought my Galaxy Buds from Amazon, so I called them, and they sent me a new pair, and they are perfect. I thought it was going to be 4-6 weeks, but they showed up yesterday (4 days later). They gave me the option of keeping the old ones till I got the new ones, where Samsung wanted me to send the old ones back before the new ones arrived.

Happened to me the other day on a voice call. From 100 the left bud crashed to 0 and disconnected within 20 mins. Unbelievably poor QC I guess.
I have installed 2 or 3 fw updates to the buds ever since I got them. As if the shoddy voice call quality wasn't enough we have one more issue now.
