    Earbuds are finally in and these fit my small ears perfect. Anyone using a silicone case or another holder for the case? It's a lot smaller than I thought and I know I'll be losing it in my bag.

    Ouch. I had issues getting mine approved and when they finally did they were out of stock. I got the $130 credit and just waited for the black ones to be in stock. Order and waited about 3 weeks but they got here. I wish you luck on getting yours.

    You can create a customized bit of grip using Sugru. I have used this stuff for tons of enhancements.

    I really would not waste your time or effort, too many issues with them! Unless of course you like intermittant sound, disconnections, interference, then these are for you

    Man, sorry for the issues. I'd look at getting them replaced. Mine, on the other hand have been rock solid. Fit is good, sound is acceptable and battery life will tell.

    Deep in the 9th week and still no Buds.
    Called Samsung twice and both they said they would escalate the claim and gave me a ticket number. Still sitting here with my thumb in my @ss and no Buds.

    There's nothing wrong with the buds there's an small. Bluetooth issue with the s10 if you connect them to different phone there's no issue but even with the s10 it's an easy fix
