Android Central Question

Hi,

I have had the Galaxy Buds from launch with the S10. One day they worked, the next they didn't with no damage caused.

Issue 1

Right ear bud working fine and normal volume.

Left ear bud very quite and difficult to hear at full volume. Even when using find my device.

Issue 2

Endless chiming or error noise when listening to content. I am not sure what the actual noise is used for. Possibly when going out of range.

Even though the buds and the device are right next to each other.

Both earbuds charge and hold charge as normal.

Anyone got any ideas on a fix.

Have latest updates and also restored to factory settings.

There is no damage and nothing blocking the bud.

Thanks I'm advance.

Have you cleaned the sensor on the bud that detects that it's in your ear , might be chiming because it has dirt on ear muck on the sensor , also blow gently in to the bud metal grill and check for build up if wax
