I have new Enacfire E60 earbuds. For whatever reason, after a period of time of inactivity, they will unpair from my S10+. Then if I get a call I am fumbling around answering the call, trying to repair the earbuds so I can just talk that way. I contacted the earbuds manufacturer and their first question was whether I was turning Bluetooth off. So while I am waiting on them, I thought I would ask the group if there is a setting on my phone that I need to enable?

That shouldn't happen, unless the phone has some sort of power-saving mode or app that is inappropriately turning off Bluetooth. Do you have a 3rd party battery-saver app installed? Or do you have ultra power-saving mode turned on?

    B. Diddy is right on... The only other reason would be a fault in the software of the earbuds

Perhaps Enacfire has an app that allows you to control settings. I use a Plantronics headset and control the settings through the app.

Ok. I don't think I have a battery saver app installed (unless somehow one had been migrated over from my old phone - but I have no clue what that might be). I am not aware of an Enacfire app but I will look, and I will see what the Enacfire people say when they reply again to me. But thanks so much for the feedback!

As a side note, I just checked and after many hours, they are disconnected again. However, I took the phone into a different room. So perhaps because of that, they were out of range? Ugh. That means I would always need to keep them close together to eliminate being out of range. Always something else to consider....

The BT range issue could certainly be contributing -- although once they came back in range, they ought to reconnect automatically (unless the phone connected with some other Bluetooth listening device in the interim).

B.Diddy, I have noticed they normally do not re-pair unless I manually touch them or do something to get them to connect again. I am not sure what I need to do to make this happen. The manual for the earbuds even says that they should automatically re-connect but that doesn't seem to happen.

It might also depend on how long the earbuds remain disconnected. There might be a time period after which the earbuds go into a deep sleep (or power off) mode, which would then require you to power them back on again. You can test it by having them go out of range for just a few minutes and then seeing if they reconnect automatically when you put them back in range.

Couple things you can check , any apps in Bluetooth history controlling it and a network reset which will reset Bluetooth and thst s in system settings > general management > reset >reset network
