I'm using the Samsung email app and wasn't having any problems with notifications waking up the lock screen. All of a sudden, whenever I get an email the lock screen wakes up, which is particularly annoying at night. I went into the Notifications (Lock Screen) settings and turned notifications off, but I still get the notifications. This doesn't happen for texts, Gmail, or any other app. I don't want to disable email notifications completely, as I still want them in my status bar.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, go to the Samsung email app long press >tap info >notifications>scroll to new email tap it ,go down lock screen tap choose don't show
