UI 3.1 released for S10 in US, anyone get it yet?

it also includes the March security patch. I'm wondering if it fixed some of the problems that 3.0 brought along with it.

I have found 11/3.0 to be the least seamless update ever... app compatibility issues, widgets that are there, but invisible on the home screen, Edge lighting and Task changer do not work anymore, quick panel icons that don't change after toggling state and android/data folder no longer (easily) accessible. That's all I can think of now...there are probably more. I've found work arounds for some things, and had to completely replace favorite old reliable apps with new ones.
