Hi all, I have a Galaxy S10 and I am getting more and more spam texts. Not sure why but my wife is experiencing the same thing. Is there any app that will block all texts except the ones coming from the contacts in my address book? I would prefer an app that only blocked texts, as I have a call blocker already that I like. Thanks in advance for the help.

Will Messages automatically block the numbers if they are not in contacts or do I need to wait till they come in then push and hold and select block? Also, thanks for the help.
The issue is, it is like Wack-a-Mole. You block a number, and the spammer uses different virtual number. I usually look at similar number patterns and block them, ex xxx- 594-xxxx
You are definitely right on the Whack-a-Mole. That is why I was hoping that there was something that would block ALL texts from numbers that were not in my contacts.
Wait until it comes then option for choose spam or a contact
