s10+ Otterbox Defender Case not supporting powershare...?

I got the s10+ Otterbox Defender Case and the powershare does not work as advertised for me. I emailed customer service and there was no follow-up. I called and they said someone would get back to me - no one did.

Is anyone else able to get powershare to work with Otterbox defender case? Anything special that you had to do?

I saw one YouTuber who did have it working with a caseless phone on top, but in general it doesn't work as the Otterbox Defender is just too thick.

While it's fine for wireless charging, Powershare is a no go with this case.

I went to the verizon store. Rep was knowledgable and said it takes a few seconds longer. It ended up.working after putting a phone on top

I ordered a spigeon to see if better. I dont trust defender will always work
