S10+ Skype video call audio comes through earpiece only when Galaxy Watch paired

When i'm on Skype, the video call audio will only come through the earpiece as if making a regular telephone call.

If I unpair my Galaxy Watch, the video call audio comes through the loudspeakers as normal.

What am I doing wrong? I want the Skype video call audio to come through the loudspeakers, not the earpiece and I don't want to turn off Bluetooth and have to re-pair my watch every time I receive a Skype call.

Anyone else getting this issue that can offer a solution please?

I have had this problem for years. I dont know if its a Skype problem or android problem, or a Samsung issue. Sucks that it hasn't been fixed.
