    System Intelligence is "system /OS" app. I suppose you can try

    Settings > Apps > click 3 dots > show system apps. Scroll to System Intelligence > Storage. Clear cache and clear data. Reboot.

    Fingers crossed.

    Or boot to recovery mode and clear cache partition.

    I know how to boot to recovery mode on my S7 (with the home button) ... how do we do it on the S10+?

    My phone did the same thing except it was one UI that stopped working. I clicked close and the whole phone went dead and was unresponsive.
