Using galaxy buds for voice calls?

I've had my galaxy buds for almost 1 month and everytime I use my ear buds to make/receive calls,people tell me I sound like I'm underwater and barely audible. I really like to use them for everyday use but if I can't make/receive calls and have people be able to actually hear me they are pretty much worthless. Any help is appreciated.

I can't offer much help other than I haven't had any complaints while taking calls with my buds. I usually only have my right bud in so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Also make sure they're properly aligned. These microphones are very sensitive to direction (to increase the voice pick up and decrease surrounding noise).

And make sure that they are properly inserted. These have an 'internal' mic that picks up sound from your bones rather than the outside sound if it gets too loud, so the buds might be switching to that mic but not be properly resting against your ear and not picking up the 'sound' properly.

Thanks for reminding me, I forgot to turn calls off for the buds. I don't use headsets for calls, most sound worse IMO.
