Phone Sends Emails to Car

I have a 2018 Highlander. My previous phone, a Note 8, forwarded texts to my car and I could elect to have the car read them or note. My new S10+ also forwards my emails which I do not want to happen. I have not figured out how to stop just the emails without stopping the blue tooth connection. Any ideas?

I noticed if you have Bixby routines on and the Driving routine in particular there is a setting there about reading messages aloud when it determines you are driving.
Not sure if you have some Bixby routing running involving emails?

I use Gmail. I have not done anything with Bixby but opened it after your suggestion. I found an area to allow Bixby access to my mail and it was not checked.
