my new samsung s10 ringtone stuck

[Android Central Question]

I have a 2 sim samsung s10, I have set up different ringtones for each sim card. Unfortunately this is not working and I cannot even change the ringtone anymore - I have only had the phone for a week - can anyone suggest anything please, I have done a soft reset and still nothing ?

Are you using stock ringtones or download ones ?
