Update: Germany already has it and everyone else, according to Samsung, can start enrolling Monday. The delay to mid October got cancelled and everything has gone back to normal. Source, internal screenshot leaked on Reddit.

I like that the error box says it is "unexpected". Of course this error is expected. They can't handle the load.
