Video skips frames when changing cameras while recording

Hey guys, Im considering buying 10+ for vlogging. However I noticed while recording with the demo unit that when changing cameras while recording, there is a noticeable glitch, its holding some frame before the next camera starts running. Sound is ok, its a visual thing. Is this normal for the 10+?

There is bound to be a break between the 2 cameras, so yes, perfectly normal

My current phone is a 2 years old LG V30+, it switches cameras on the run without a glitch, so I dont believe its normal. I was hoping the issue might be solved with a software update and it might be an old unit. Its really a dealbreaker:/

If you're a serious vlogger, you should be using cameras, not a phone, and doing an edit after shooting. (Vlogging isn't as cheap as buying a phone - some people have $50,000 or more invested in equipment to vlog.)

My LG V30 does not let me swap cameras during video recording using the factory camera software.
Which camera app are you using on your V30+ ?
