Help!! When i change contrast to raw photo whos took on s10+ in LR, the image gets noise circles

When i try to change contrast in Lighting room or PS to my photos who took with s10+, the jpg photo looks good, but to the raw image, its get nosy symmetric circles around photo, but in the middle, everything looks normal.. Can someone plz help me?

So this circle appears in the same location (the middle of the photo) with every shot? If so, that looks like a hardware problem. Something like a defective sensor or lens. I don't own this phone, so I can't test your problem directly, but I've never seen anything like that on other phones using RAW files.

But the thing is, i take a pictur and phone create jpg and raw fail. If i colorgrade jpg fail, it wont appear, but if i colorgrade raw faill, that circle appear. How can it be on same photo, difrent fail tip..
Yes on every raw photo i take in low light. Im not sure, if it appeara on day light
