Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10e not getting updates linked to At&t

[Android Central Question]

I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10e that was previously an at&t phone. Now it's not getting any updates here in Canada, stuck on Android 9. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem here with an att prepaid sim card. You just have to keep trying to update it and it'll happen. Try once a day and eventually it'll update or you'll have to find someone with an att simcard and put in your phone and update it. After a week or so I finally got the update to android 11 but I still don't get the security updates
