Unlocked S10e still on May security patch

This is ridiculous. My Mate 10 Pro received the July update 3 weeks ago. A Huawei phone 2 security updates ahead of a Samsung phone.

Oh wow , surprised why the s10e is behind, my s10 + on june no camera update either.

Hopefully they will get the unlocked versions updated sooner rather than later. Seems Unlocked models get are the last to get updates here in the States.

Have you tried connecting it to a PC and using Smart Switch to update it?

I don't have much experience with locked phones but it may be possible to update that way before you would get it over the air.

Sounds like a usual Samsung phone to me. They don't promise updates so if you get any be glad.

Received a new update today on my wife's S10e unlocked US model, added the camera night mode. About 600mb or so, July security patch I believe

My unlocked S10e is still on the May update. But will be trading it in for a Note 10 since they have the smaller version.

Tomorrow is September 1st and I am still on the May security patch. Maybe my Note 10 needs to go back if this is the best Samsung can do. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I got a Tmobile security update but no night mode...

I have a note 10 coming wednesday also...

I will consider selling the 10e, I like the size but I got a tmobile version factory unlocked which has that nasty Tmobile start screen lol

Also how does everyone like the Power Fingerprint sensor compared to the Ultrasonic on the s10?

I have a unlocked S10e from Best Buy and I got the August Update yesterday but even before that I had night mode (came with July update) very weird how some carriers don't have it yet...

But don't go crazy over it guys it's not even that good
