The sound mode of the phone changes by itself!

Good morning all,

I just acquired a S10e for a week and I have a problem that bothers me.

I use my phone always in silent mode.

Whenever another object connects or disconnects in bluetooth (wireless earphones, Watch active) or when I unplug earphones ...

The phone switches from silent mode to sound mode automatically.

I looked a lot in the settings and I can not find a solution.

When I try to turn on the phone in Safe mode, the bluetooth does not work properly so I can not connect any connected object...

And for wired earphones, everything works great!

Plugged in or unplugged does not change the phone's sound mode.

Presumably it's not in silent mode when you use the headphones as you wouldn't hear music etc so removing the headphones when sounds are still in place will give that result?
