Hello, about a month ago I've noticed Google chrome is always draining my battery heavy and using lots of data. So I restricted it to not run in background , uninstalled reinstalled. Had it on lite data mode. Cleared cache etc. Rebooted phone. Same problem so then I just got rid of the app and downloaded opera instead. I have the same exact problem maybe even worse!!

Try closing it (the back button) when you finish using it.

Perhaps there's a site you commonly visit that is keeping the browser awake. If Rukbat's suggestion doesn't help, try also closing each individual browser tab before exiting.

Put chrome and opera mini in sleep mode in device care and watch on the next full charging if it still shows high

I did this and it doesn't help. I also always close all my apps and it still doesn't help T_T

Strange , does device care also say it's using high battery ? Try uninstalling the updates to each of them and not letting it update. Maybe previous version no battery drain .
