I have a samsung galaxy s2 it has no service and my google play store isnt working i just got a virus warning a backdoor obad how to remove it and is it a real threat

When I receive a phone call or a sms text message the phone will vibrate only, it won't play any ringtone, but the sound/speakers work as I can play music and listen to videos, now when someone calls me on vider the phone will play the ringtone.
I have tried a full reset back to factory setting but this did not fix the problem,
Can anyone help me
