Hotspot Problem in Samsung S7582 limited connection when connecting with Windows 8

1.when i am using my mobile as a hotspot and trying to connect to my laptop windows 8 with this hotspot limited connection is showing

pls help !!

Check with your carrier - they have to allow you to use a hotspot. (They may not allow it, they may charge more for a tethered account, etc.)
