I've played with the animation and transition settings with no change to this annoying bit.
On both Facebook messenger and handcent sms, when I bring up or minimize the keyboard in either app to type to someone, it does this irritating fade effect that I'd love to disable. My phone is running Samsung stock 4.0.4 android
In hand cent, if I use a certain skin, or even an image as the background (not just a color) it stops. But there's no such customization ability for Facebook messenger.
I have the same app on my Samsung tablet running stock touchwiz with version 5.1.1 and it doesn't happen on Facebook messenger on there.
Is there some setting I'm missing within android? Facebook messenger is pretty stripped for customization so I'm guessing it's an android thing, but I'm just not sure which android thing.
