I do agree with this my t-mobile service constantly has the highest strength and fast speed where as Verizon doesn't and it seem like I'm always being throttled(on their grandfathered unlimited plan) they won't even let me access 5G which is so stupid.
I agree but in rural areas where Verizon use to shine they are lately taking a backseat to T-Mobile.

So is their 4G :-\

I know it varies by location but I'm in North Western MN, Verizon has 4G LTE everywhere from the remote forests of MN and WI to the vast corn fields of North Dakota with no buildings in site miles away from a paved road.

Meanwhile Tmobile and Sprint are searching for service and unable to call/text all over the place once you leave town or the interstate.

I would rather pay my monthly Verizon bill than have a Tmobile or Sprint line for free.

This probably explains why it's only about $500 at Best Buy right now. $350 discount and like a $5-6 a month discount over 2 years. I wonder how many people will be fooled into buying it.

Thats why I went the unlocked route and got it with expandable storage. Even though my device will not be able to run Verizon's 5G network, LTE is plenty good enough for me. Expandable storage is more important to me than 5G right now..

The fact Verizon's S20 5G lacking expandable storage is still disappointing nonetheless.

I got an s20 uw from best buy on sale for $450. That was with $400 in instant savings from BB and $150 in subsidies from Verizon. Coming from an iPhone SE and the only other comparably priced galaxy s model being last years s10 or s10e which still cost more, I'm pretty satisfied. Ui 2.5 is awesome and 8 gigs of memory is as much as my MacBook pro. I use Samsungs t5 1 tb ssd drive if I need more storage.
