An alternate option, check for this, and go one-handed again. Open Phone>Settings, and there should be an option to answer calls using the Volume Up button. Would this be a viable option for your purposes?

Want to answer when I raise phone to ear on S20+, any apps for this?-20200614_033925.jpg

There are apps in the Play Store that are supposed to do what you're looking for, but they have a dog's breakfast for reviews. Is it gonna be Iams, or is it gonna be field sausages from the cat's litter box? You can go through and try them, maybe you find something that works. Apparently, the call to ear was one of the more disliked features on many phones, so they took it off. I know that for sure I hated it, but didn't mind a Bluetooth headset that I could a say answer and autoconnect a call.

Maybe someone else has something that will work. Good luck!

This one appears to work via voice command, so technically you would say "answer" first, then put to your ear (or at the same time). It's rated 4.3 with a million downloads.

I'm not aware of one but maybe some members might know, it's funny because Samsung use to have this feature and took it out.

Yeah - I thought the S10 had this feature as well. I haven't toggled it on in eight months so I can't say for sure. Interesting.

Yeah I like to say at some point was taken out in Pie update.

HTC had this function built in to their phones where they used a proximity sensor (loved it). All you had to do was put the phone to your ear to answer; no buttons to push. Don't no why Samsung doesn't get it.

I don't remember it, but I don't get a lot of phone calls, so if that feature used to be there I never used it.
