Issues Since August Updates

My S20 T-Mobile phone had no issues until this two August updates. As you can see below pictures I shared. These flash notifications should be automatically disappeared in seconds after popping up instead it would take minutes, up to 10 minutes depends on I put my phone in sleep or not. It has been very annoying. I had these issues since the first August update, the second August update made it worse. My phone's software is currently up to date at Baseband version G981USQU1BTHD. Anybody else has this issues?
