    Hi,

    I have a Samsung S20 and until about a month ago I had no issues with the Bluetooth, playing books and talking.
    But now I can hear books and callers but they cant hear me.
    Not sure, but it may have started after the latest update. I originally did a restart and that worked. But its come back and a restart didn't work tgis time.

    Have you checked all the microphone on the phone are clean?

    I have tried the 3 different Bluetooth ear pieces I have and same issue on all 3.

    All earpieces are clean

    Its only with devices and I've never had it in safe mode as far as I know

    Test it in Safe Mode. If the problem goes away, then some app you installed is probably not playing nice with the update.

    Also, just to be sure -- go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the gear icon next to the Bluetooth headset listing, and make sure Phone Audio is turned on.

    Well, after my wife got home I paired the Bluetooth ear pieces on her phone "same as mine" and they had the same issue. Looks like 2x devises are hitting the bin.

    Are all 3 Bluetooth devices you've tried the exact same brand/model, or are they all different?

    There's always the possibility it has to do with that specific model (e.g., a firmware issue that isn't playing nice with the latest phone update). If you can test a different Bluetooth headset, that might give us more info.
