    Hey everyone. I'm not sure why but there are 2 red lines in all of my pictures towards the top. I know it's not a lens cleaning issue. Any idea how to fix this?

    I've attached an example. Not sure why the pics are sideways lol

    Looks like possible image sensor damage from a laser, use your phone to take photo/video at any concerts with a laser show prior to this happening?

    Hi. Aside from random crazy lights at a concert, I don't think I was where a laser shoe was. Regardless, would there be a fix if that was the case?

    Try safe mode does it go away if not then I would agree you have damaged camera
