Can ANYONE tell me what this icon is? This Can NOT be good...

I figured it out -- that's a system notification that in its full form reads: "Phone restarted. Unlock your phone to get app notifications." You probably only see the icon because your lockscreen notifications are set to Icon Only instead of Details.

This is my Galaxy A32 5G running Android 12.

Try solving this a while back but notifications it is greyed out under system apps and the package disabler pro allow to turn off but don't want system crash or no notification for other things .

Previous version you were able to turn off phone restarting toggle in my screenshot under notification but not anymore.

That is actually related to the previous Android version (interactive) EASTER EGG.... That's the one where you can collect a pretty large brood of CATS - that you feed/ play with some random number of times before yet, another new cat appears. I know if you swipe down 1x to access menu - the DEVICE CONTROL option will open the hidden 'app' (possibly though, IF you haven't ever accessed that Easter Egg I'm not sure of anymore, after the fact) BUT I can also say that once run - not sure you can ever get rid of it, unless maybe reinstalling/overwriting that previous Android version- at which point you would need to also reinstall every other new/updated versions that followed.
In any case, knowing what it is, you at least have a starting point to search for a more specific solution... sorry
