I was excited to see a deal "Up to $850 off preorders with trade in".

So I went and looked at a deal for a base Galaxy S20+.

After trading in my mint condition Note 9 and a $150 pre order bonus the price was still $750!!!

Samsung is out of their flippin minds.

Where is the choice "I'm not buying any of these overpriced gadgets"???

Anyone else get an email right after preordering from Samsung saying they put order in hold due to "another trade in order already associated with address"? Called Samsung (waited 84 min), rep said they're having lots of technical issues, many people are getting same email & flooding the support lines. They gave me a ticket number, said they're hoping to resolve in a few days and to call back next week if I don't get another email saying that it's been resolved.
