How do i redeem my $150 Samsung Credit?

Hey guys i was wondering how do i get my $150 Samsung credit for my S20 plus? I got mine from T-Mobile and it came in today.

If you bought the phone outside of samsung.com like your carrier or best buy or other place then you claim via shop Samsung app.

Once you receive your S20 download shop Samsung app and go to offers section or something like that and follow the steps to get the credit. But you will have to wait until you receive your S20.

I initiated a chat in the Shop Samsung app with a rep and they confirmed it would be live March 4. Which makes since since most orders were originally scheduled to be delivered that day...including mine.

Yeah I think it was the same with the free buds with the S10 promo. Had to wait for the official release date to claim it on the app. Figured it would be the same this time too.

I got mine to work right now! 11:32pm Cali - I Uninstalled and re-installed the Samsung Shop app and it worked... go get your $200 now if you pre-ordered.
