TMo has their own call blocking software I believe if you've got the carrier model.

I have TMobile but on the unlocked ultra. i have the Samsung caller id and spam protection.

Because you are running unlocked firmware. You are just using TMobile sim. Carrier versions have their own firmwares and each crappy carrier removes some feature or the other. And Samsung let's them do because they have to bend over to them.
