Oh wow, yeah I think that's the one! And $40 cheaper than on Spigen.com! I'm gonna order come Feb. 14.

Yes I got it from somebody in this thread That's why I posted it. They had posted it and I went there to look at it. I just do Zagg because there's a kiosk in the mall and they put it on for me.

I've never used Whitestone Dome before and was thinking about using it this time. But now I hear cheaper glass screen protectors might work with the FPS, so I'm curious what works for the rest of you guys. I've got some time to think about it since I ordered the black 512 GB ultra, which is arriving mid-February.

BTW, apparently Spigen has their own version of Whitestone Dome now!?

Anyone seen this or used it on a Note 20 Ultra (it's available for that phone right now)? I never order directly from Spigen since their direct sales are more expensive, but if this shows up on Amazon for something in the $40 range, I may try it out!
This amFilm Whitestone clone arrived today the day before my phone does. I paid 19.99 for 2

Any reviews on the glass protectors from Amazon? I was hoping my regular S21 came with a screen protector on it out of the box but it just had a flimsy film that got dirt underneath it immediately. Probably just going to grab whatever I can for the time being.

I'm still waiting to read newly posted reviews on Amazon regarding some of their glass screen protectors that claim to work with the fingerprint sensor. Right now, I don't have any screen protector installed on my new S21 and the FPS works great (super fast). I don't want to install a protector that has issues with fingerprint unlocking.

Same, I'm surprised how fast it is. I love the feel of the screen without a protector but I'm not that brave lol. I just ordered the one below will let you know tomorrow how it works.

I haven't used Spigen but have used whitestone. I saw ABT has the single of whitestone and it is cheaper ($39) which is better than dual pack for $75.

I have seen so many Amazon reviews from this month on January 25th for tempered glass screen protectors. Don't believe it because it's fake reviews

I've read that the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protectors work with the Samsung in-screen fingerprint sensors, but I'm looking for something more affordable. For my current S10 I'm using a TPU film protector which works well for the FPS but it has a slight rubbery feel. A lot of glass protectors advertise that they work with Samsung's FPS, but I've read reviews stating the contrary.

Can anyone recommend a glass protector that has proven to work with the Samsung in screen FPS (other than the Whitestone Dome)?

THanks.

I used white stone dome on my s20+. My FPS works like a champ.

So I just got this one in the mail (Feitenn): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6916600

It's very similar to the Whitestone, with the liquid adhesive and UV light curing...but it does NOT have the easy install frame kit. It came with two bottles of adhesive and two protectors...but I lost the first load of adhesive because it just flowed right off the screen because it was not perfectly level. So basically that one went to waste.
Finally got the second one installed and it appears to work okay with the FPS. It's maybe SLIGHTLY less sensitive than the bare screen, but it generally works fine.
Not sure I'd recommend it just because of the cheapness of the setup, but it'll do for now.

Got some cheap ones on Amazon. Fit is great and they feel smooth but they suck for using the FPS. It hardly works.

Try registering each finger twice with touch sensitivity on normal. Then after it's set up turn the touch sensitivity up. I originally had issues when I first got the phone but now the fingerprints read much better after setting it up like that. Here's a link to the protector I'm using. Good luck!

I can't even get it to register another fingerprint - it just keeps saying to make sure to cover the entire fingerprint.

cellhelmet Liquid Glass Screen Protector | Universal for All iPhone, Galaxy & All Phones | Made in USA | As Seen on Shark Tank | Retail Packaged https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076MKHMD...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6917277

anybody ever try this?
I thought about that for a second but it's basically ceramic coating like one would get on their vehicle. It does not prevent or even reduce scratches on a car, don't know why it would on a phone. Is it better than nothing? Probably but I would not use it without a screen protector. That's just my opinion and I do have ceramic on my truck which looks great but only isn't scratched because of the care I take when washing it.

Pleasantly surprised with this one that I just installed. I think the FPS is slightly slower but it's almost not noticeable and it's worth the trade off of the glass feel. Definitely still much faster than it was on my S10. I did increase the touch sensitivity after setting up the fingerprints and also did two scans for each thumb.

Has anyone installed the glass camera protectors yet? I would think that it would mess with the picture clarity a bit. Is this pretty much unnecessary if you have a case that has a lip around the camera?

I should add, because I'm not sure how I was doing it before installing but I have to press down my thumb for it to take. I vaguely remember being able to just slightly tap it and it would take when it didn't have the screen protector.
