I had that exact issue and I pointed out how to fix it a few posts back.Yes Visual Voice Mail. Deleted and re downloaded it several times, no difference.
That's really strange. It was TMO level 2 tech support that walked me through a network reset and my VVM has been fine since then. Maybe it's time to give them a call. FYI, level 1 tech support was clueless.I reinstalled, reset network and Visual VM can't even find my account on my own phone. Piece of junk.
