G998U1UES5BVA6 is available OTA now from some carriers for the US Unlocked S21 Ultra. It has an Android security patch level of Feb 1. As the S before the bootloader number tells us, it's only a security update (no performance or feature improvements).

As usual, if your carrier has not yet released this firmware OTA, you should soon be able to download it via Frija and flash it via Odin. (The past few weeks, though, Frija has had an unusually long delay before making the latest firmware available.) You can check if your carrier has released BVA6 by looking at their website or at sammobile.com.
