i replaced an older LG G8 with a new galaxy S21 and have noticed i can't rewind or fast-forward tracks from the lock screen anymore. i don't know if this is an android 12, galaxy S21 or apple music issue. but i used to be able to control apple music without turning the screen on. i could tap the song title displayed on the lock screen to access controls. now when i double tap the song title i get a 'settings' icon and up and down arrows that seem to do nothing.
settings > lock screen > widgets > music is ON.
i am using apple music (and nova launcher) on a galaxy S21 running android 12.
any idea how to get it back? thank you!
EDIT it's working now. @mods: please delete this thread as i have no idea how or why it started working again.
