Crappy bluetooth connection?

Hi!

I successfully paired my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini with my car audio (LG LCS720BO).
However when I use it for phone calls it does not work as expected. I usually have annoying issues:

• almost always the first call does not work because there is no audio output. Then, if I disconnect the call and call again, it will work.
• sometimes when I'm talking the bluetooth connection is lost
• very often when talking on the phone it crashes the car audio so that I have to switch it off-on and sometimes I have also to reboot the Galaxy phone.

Has anyone had such experience with SIII mini with the car audio LG LCS720BO or another one?
I've seen in the forums too many reports concerning bluetooth issues, however I have not seen any report similar to mine.

Did you manage to fix it? we're having same issue on 2 different cars, same LG model
