Hi, I'm trying to fix a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini that will not turn on. It will show the battery charge icon but will not boot to anything else. I've tried to recover it with Kies, but it won't give a recovery code. I've also tried to replace the battery, tried a different charger and tried to hold down the power, home and volume keys when starting up.
Is it possible to fix? Any advice would be appreciated.
