s3 mini not turning on

hi.. my s3 mini won't turn on at all, i was on a app (top eleven) and the phone stuck, i turned it off. When i turned it back on nothing happen, i tried everything to turn it on and nothing works. It is not connecting to the computer, not charging and i even changed the battery still nothing. Can anyone plz tell me what would cause this and a solution to fix it... ty

Your best bet would be to take it back to the place of purchase/local corporate store and get them to look at it. It should still be under warranty.
