Galaxy S3: battery needs replacing

I have been having major issues with my battery not charging. I have had the phone a year and have come to the conclusion I need a new battery.
I am looking online and faced already with making sure I am buying an authentic battery I am noticing that the batteries generally have three contacts and mine has four.

Can anyone help me source a new battery please
