I can't use my samsung keyboard on my s3 mini from AT&T or even open it ?

Hi,
My phone was working very good till today. I was using my Samsung Galaxy S3 min from AT&T, But not i can't use it any more or even open it from settings ??
I don't know how to even download another one to use it
How i can fix that please ?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, select Samsung Keyboard, and Force Close it, then Clear Cache. Now try again.

Yep, my Samsung keyboard would lock up then disappear,so in the playstore I got Swype it's ok kinda slow sometimes.Samsung would keyboard would tick me off

I still have a small problem .. i want to add new language but when i click on it it say fail to download language list without even try ??
should i connect to WIFI or to kis or some thing ?

Are you connected to the web? If it's a language that isn't currently saved to the device, it would need to be downloaded from the web. Make sure you're connected to wi-fi or to mobile data.
