    AT&T insurance probably has a $199 co-pay. You can get a good used S3 for a lot less - Buy Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T) in US > Swappa (They can't fix your phone, they'll replace it.)

    Sell yours as a wet phone for parts on eBay and offset some of the cost. (It may be worth as much as $50 to some people.)

    Do you have insurance? If so you can file a claim online at Welcome to Phoneclaim.com. Typically, the deductible for that device is $50 but may vary depending on your coverage. Let us know if you have any questions!

    My error. If the insurance deductible for that phone is that low, it pays to have it replaced.
