Samsung S3 mini restarts while interacting with any application

Whenever I try an action on application my Samsung restarts in a few seconds.
E.g. when I open play store it immediately restarts, when I access Settings -> Application manager my phone start computing cache and app data and then restarts (in this case I have 20 seconds). I was able to access the Google play store and press "restore factory" but it immediately restarted.

In summary, whenever I try to do something concerning an application, either install new ones or just see how much space they take in my phone restart is guaranteed

Otherwise I can use the phone normally with applications that are currently installed

I did it. Unfortunately even wiping the cache did not help.
I am afraid I cannot even restore to factory as any attempt to interact with applications restarts the phone. Maybe from the safe mode or at boot time it will work. Anyway this would be the last attempt to solve the issue as I would like to keep all settings introduced over months!

Safe Mode is definitely worth trying: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10248

If that doesn't help, then try using Kies to reinstall your firmware.
